Not every project involves plants and patios. This custom limestone monument sign is currently being prepared for a local organization.

The base is built.
The stone is set.
The carving comes next.

Any guesses who it might be for?

We'll share the finished result once the carving is complete.

Michigan weather keeps us humble.

Today: near 90° ☀️

One of the things we've learned walking properties across Mid-Michigan is that weather has a way of revealing things about a property.

Heavy rain can show you:

🌳 Trees that may need attention

🌿 Areas that struggle with drainage

After the storms move through, take a quick walk around your property.

With temperatures pushing 90 degrees today, it's hard not to think about summer.

At Crooked Tree Nursery, we're currently working with a client in whose dream of a backyard retreat started with a pool.

These renderings are from a recent residential outdoor living concept and offer a behind-the-scenes look at how ideas evolve into a vision—and how that vision eventually becomes a plan.

One of our favorite parts of the process is helping homeowners see what's possible for their property long before construction begins.

🎉 Congratulations to Tony Nash, the 2026 Mr. Owosso!

We had the pleasure of hosting this year’s candidates at our Open House and enjoyed getting to know them throughout the competition.

What a group of troopers. Rain, sunshine, heat, cold—this campaign seemed to have it all. Through it all, the candidates kept showing up for their causes and our community.
