the 1st photo I had to manually put it to 100 degrees, and the 2nd photo shows where it is when I hit the 100 degree button on the display.It shows that it is at 96 degrees. So the last pictures show the difference from the 96 to 100 degree lines up in the bobbin case. It does NOT alarm out. I am fighting thread breaks and I want to know that I can safely run my machine.

This is the issue I am having with my smart stitch S1001... it's supposed to be at 100 and it is at 96 and keeps breakin...

I am having issues with my smart stitch S 1001 when the control says it at 100 degrees the mechanical wheel says 96. it keeps breaking threads is the the problem. How do I recalibrate it?
