Suppressor News 8/13/2026

Since the ruling today, the ATF has not provided any clear direction on how to proceed. As of right now, we will still submit a Form 4 for any suppressor purchase. This process costs nothing and only takes 15-20 minutes at our store (prints, picture and application). Until the ATF provides us with clear direction, we will continue to handle any Form 4 for a Suppressor purchase the same way.

We can also process your Form 1 for an SBS or an SBR here at our store. We will update you when we are given new instruction on how to proceed. Thank you for your patience and for supporting us!
