I have to be extra careful when harvesting these days, as the chrysalis count seems to go up every day!

I accidentally cut this first flower before realizing a monarch caterpillar had made it his temporary home.

Can you spot the three chrysalises at different stages? The black one means a butterfly should emerge any day now! 🖤🦋

When I say monarch caterpillars love hairy balls milkweed, I’m not kidding. I think I counted nearly 60 this morning. Can’t wait to see all of the butterflies flitting around the garden within the next week or two.

Every celebration our flowers get to be part of feels special, but this one—for a sweet seven-year-old’s birthday—was just a little extra magical.

We’re in love with our little “Flower Child” Bouquet Bar and the adorable cups each guest used to create their own take-home bouquet.
