Just finished overhauling Uncle Martin Schneider’s old Button Accordion, which now belongs to his great nephew (& my good friend!), Tom Schneider. It was a challenge, for sure, but so worth it when it was finally completed. It was great to test play it and some of the classic button accordion songs from the Jerry Schneider Band’s first album with Martin playing a few tunes on the accordion. He was a fantastic multi instrumentalist.

I just finished mechanically overhauling this 1963-64 Wood Selmer Signet Special Clarinet… cleaned, keys and posts hand buffed, wood bore oiled, all new pads and all new key corks and tenon corks. There was a crack in the bell that I repaired, and it’s good to go. It plays absolutely fantastic, and I seriously thought twice about keeping this for myself. But it needs to be played and a new home.

Also included is Selmer HS* mouthpiece and a Brand New Gator clarinet case!!

I just finished this Used Vito Reso-tone 2 Bb Clarinet. $375
This clarinet is from a long line of very reliable clarinets, and has a medium-large bore that is designed to easily let beginning players achieve a large, resonate, & controlled sound/tone.

I just chemical cleaned the body, hand buffed all of the keys and key posts, replaced all pads and seated, replaced all key corks and tenon corks, & fitted keys for a smooth and tight key action. Includes original case and a new student line Selmer/Conn EZ tone mouthpiece ($40 value).

I just finished chemical cleaning the body, neck, and Jupiter stock mouthpiece. Also, leveled & adjusted all pads to close with a very light touch, replaced a few pads as necessary, replaced key corks as needed, regulated keys to close and function together properly, replaced neck cork and fit, & hand polish keys and body.

It plays wonderfully with a big tone, for a student to intermediate level saxophone!

Our Story

Czech Up Music Repair is a locally owned band instrument and accordion repair shop. I’ve been a professional musician since age 10, when I joined my father’s polka band.

For 25 years, Danny Jerabek has been repairing brass and woodwind instruments for a couple well known and respected Fox Valley and Green Bay music stores, as well as repairing and tuning accordions since 2006. He graduated from the Red Wing Technical College band instrument repair course in 1995, is a member of NAPBIRT (The National Association of Professional Band Instrument Repair Technicians), and looks forward to serving & helping you in the future.

Danny is fair, honest, and works hard in a timely manner to get every instrument playing great and back into the musician’s hands.
