Found a little bit of time for no-name. I'm currently working on the drawers. I'm a fan of two-toned stains: a lighter stain first, and then a darker top stain to pop the grain.

She's getting there. Next is the top, but that'll be a few days.

Yes I'm still here. I haven't seen much of my home in 7 or 8 days.
I came home from work tonight and placed a coat of paint on the body of no name. It's a blue-green and pretty. :) The poor girl is upside down so picts tomorrow.
I've never been so slow in turnaround before. It's frustrating. But family challenges come first.

I'm baaaack! Took a bit of a triple to Washington DC. I could have lived in the art museum forever.
Anyway no name is slowly getting to the finish line. She has her primer coats now. I'm still dealing with a family members health so I'm a juggling fool. But no name has been a true labor of love.

Hello everyone, I wanted to touch base and let you know I'm still here, navigating the ups and downs of life and finding my rhythm again. Life has been unpredictable lately, and my projects have taken a hit, but I'm working on finding balance. Tonight, I managed to squeeze in some time to work on the dresser, and I'm thrilled to report that I've tackled the toughest part. We've been replacing the sides with wood slats bit by bit, and I think it's really brought out the dresser's potential. The primer coat is just the beginning. Don't forget to make some time for creativity next week – you never know what you might bring to life.

At this point no name dresser is a lot of work. We decided to replace a couple of the bottoms of the drawers.
This has turned into a project that isn't a weekend flip, though that's not my mojo anyway.

Hubs and I have been glued to our project, literally, and drawers are getting a workout. Our dresser is getting a modern makeover with new sides, wish me luck. I'm venturing out of my comfort zone, so it will be interesting to see how it turns out. I've got plenty of weights on it, so fingers crossed 😆.

Hello beautiful people!
I've been at my job the last two days so my dresser has sat untouched. I'm in and out this week, but I'll be working on her when I'm home.

I'm still working on this cutie and thinking about what I want to do. It had a good bath yesterday, and repairs. She's needing a lot of love!
I replaced the drawers to get an idea of what she's telling me too do.
