Step one: believe in yourself and be confident
Step two: affirmations
1. I'm truly happy and joyful
2. I'm infinitely loved
3. I am completely physically healthy
4. In everyday in everyway I am better and better
5. I am strong
6. Every single cell in my body is completely healthy
7. I am laughing every day
8. I concentrate on my health mind body and spirit.
9. Feeling energy comes to me and flows around me constantly
10. People friends family loved ones are joyas
11. I see myself in perfect health.
12. I vibrate love and healing throughout my entire being.
Step three:
Write affirmations on sticky notes poster board everywhere that you can see them. Forbid anyone to talk about what's going on with you only positive things must come out their mouth.
Step four: is always your choice
Step five know that your infinitely loved and you are an infinite spirit
Step 6 take what the doctor says and be like okay but that's not what I want so change it in yourself and in your heart Mind and Spirit and physical body and in your heart to be where you want to be
