Lisianthus harvests have begun & I think I’m in love! Not only are they absolutely gorgeous, but they have an incredible vase life. With proper care, they can last up to 14 days. Find ‘em all weekend at the farmstand & the market! 🌸

Dahlia season is just too short & in preparation for our dahlia tuber sale every winter, I have to make sure I’m making the time to take photos of each new variety for our website! There are always a few I miss, but I’m trying to stay ahead of it! This afternoon I was able to do a pretty big chunk of our collection 😍

Which colors are your favorite?! I don’t typically grow a lot of purple, but I am loving them this year.

it’s hot & humid today but the farmstand is OPEN — the fridge is loaded with mixed bouquets, mini bundles featuring marigolds & gomphrena, dahlia bunches, eggs & elderflower syrup 🌼

Did you know that we cover every single dahlia bloom with an organza bag? If not, Japanese beetles, earwigs & lots of other bugs completely destroy the flowers, usually before they’re even ready to harvest.

It adds a tremendous amount of time & work to bring these blooms from our farm to you, but it’s always worth it because they are absolutely STUNNING 🌸

We are ready to kick off the month of August by bringing back the build your own bouquet bar starting TOMORROW at the Orono Farmers' Market ✨

Now through the end of the season you will be able to design your very own bouquet using a wide variety of fun, seasonal blooms right from our farm 💐 grab a friend (or a few 🥰) & make a morning of it!

If building your own bouquet isn’t for you, we will still have LOTS of beautiful, premade bouquets to choose from!
