There is no class scheduled this week. Our next gathering is our free Intro to 3D Printing, which we host at MakerFX Makerspace. That will happen on Tuesday, May 3rd. Following that, we'll have our Intro to Slicers (Cura) Class , at the DeltaMaker Factory on Thursday, May 5th.

The 3D Printing Guild, a free meeting hosted at MakerFX, met last Friday night. We're finalizing plans on building a modular marble-run type contraption. If you're interested in being part of the big build, head on over to MakerFX's Slack Server and ask for details in the -3D-Printing channel. There's usually some good conversation happening in there, so even if you're not interested in the marble-run type project, you're welcome to join the conversation about 3D Printing! :-)

3D Printing Design Class THIS THURSDAY evening! Learn how to use your own pair of Digital Calipers (provided for you) to recreate an object (also provided). Learn how to merge shapes and create negative spaces as well as some parametric designing within TinkerCAD. Prepare your model for 3D Printing, export it, and (if you'd like) 3D Print your newly created object.
