• We are an American based company. Prices and shipping quotes are in American dollars.
• Buyer always pays shipping
• We will ship anywhere in the world. But you must tell us prior to your invoice that you are not in America. You will pay any and all shipping and custom taxes.
• Contest prizes only have free shipping for USA based winners. If you live outsi

de of the United States you can still claim a prize but you are responsible to pay the shipping.
• It is the buyers responsibility to ensure their address is current and correct when submitted on the invoice.
• When claiming an item we expect you intend to pay for it. Claiming and non-payment 2x will get you banned
• We typically ship same day or the next day BUT we reserve the right to take 1-3 buisness days to complete the shipping process.
• Damages can occur in transit. We will always do our best to rectify these situations. But we reserve the right to ask the buyer to file a claim against the insurance as well.
