Sooo FB, IG, Whatsapp were ALL down today 😱. What it's reminding us, as brands and businesses, is that we cannot rely only on these platforms to reach our amazing audience❗️

As secure as these online spaces may SEEM, this 6-hour outage has shown us that we cannot put all of our eggs in one basket. Diversify your online presence.

Having my own newsletter, SMS text squad, and website made this outage not that big of a deal (I did miss my Whatsapp group chats).
