Unpopular opinion: I’m not a big fan of cold foam on my matcha lattes. I feel like it takes away from the flavor of the matcha, housemade syrups, and purées. I do like the creaminess it adds, though.

That’s why I love a good matcha cold foam. It adds extra matcha flavor, making for a stronger latte along with added creaminess and natural flavor. Double matcha lattes are a win for me.

I’m not completely against cold foam. I do think it’s a great add on for matcha drinkers who are just starting their matcha journey or for those who prefer a lighter matcha flavor.

This is my summer go-to Double Matcha Mango Latte with a matcha cold foam 🥭

The Tea Lizard but in tent form “The Tent Lizard 🤔”.

I love operating out of the Lizard Trailer. Not every event space can accommodate the trailer, so we evolve to accommodate more event spaces.

This journey is a work in progress, and it has helped me gain so much appreciation for the tent life. We’ve done a total of 10 tent events so far. I would say that it is much more difficult but equally rewarding. Every event gets easier, and I’m excited to see where this takes us.

Girl, the park was a super duper success! ✨ Thank you , , and for throwing such a great event and gathering such an amazing crowd. It was a total vibe. Everyone enjoyed themselves, the company, the music. I could go on and on.
