Good Morning,
Today is another fulfillment day. We're receiving inventory for speciality orders, elusive consoles and replacements for previous orders. If your order was/is at minimum 5 to 6 weeks old, made before May 28th, it'll be in this incoming inventory. Expedited orders two weeks to three weeks since purchase are in this order.
All will receive their tracking information between 7pm EST and 11pm EST. If you do not receive it prior to midnight, please contact us. For replacement orders and exchanges, your items are shipped as an express shipment. This means you receive the order the day after it ships. If your physical address has changed from the address that appears in shipping information.
Please contact email support to make a change, including your order information, name, original address and new address. Must pass review. Please review all the information above before contacting. The answers to many of your questions are likely answered above or by newsletter emails that get sent out. The more messages we get the less likely we can answer all in timely manner.
Please be mindful that we're busier than usual as this is the largest incoming inventory we've ever received and the bigger shipment doesn't arrive until tonight. Not all items will go out at once. We've set dates as far back as we can on trackers. That doesn't mean your item will ship that far back. We just don't want to have everyone thinking theirs will go out today. It will not.

*Edit* We're already getting alot of messages for questions answered above. Today's incoming inventory covers orders Made/Purchased/Created prior to May 28th or is an order placed as an expedited fulfillment. If it was purchased after May 28th, it will be in next shipment.
