Hey friends! HJ here! Just wanting to pop in and say hello. We are almost halfway through 2026 and wow what a journey. I’ve been out of state since the beginning of the year for work and came home briefly to reset, recharge and take care of some annual medical stuff. I’ll be heading back out of state to finish up some scenic work for a project that I’ve been having so much with. I’ve been working alongside some amazing artists and it’s truly been unreal. Can’t wait to share with you all. Until then hope you’re taking care of yourselves. As for me, just kind of riding out this wave life currently has me on. In the mean time I’m enjoying being creative even if it’s not my personal work and that’s ok, my art will always be there waiting for me and that doesn’t make me any less of an artist🥹🫶🏼💜. It’s 2026, and I’m writing to you with tenderness.

There will be moments you feel out of place, too weird, too quiet, too full of ideas. Don’t let that make you small. Your quirky, creative self will be loved. Your humor will land. Your presence will be felt.

Don’t give up on yourself or your heart. Keep moving forward, even if the steps are small. Every creative step counts. Every honest effort matters.

Choose the people who choose you. The ones who show up are meant to stay. Guard your energy and learn that boundaries are a form of love.

Keep being silly. Stay curious. Love deeply and without apology. In a world that can feel heavy and dark, keep being you, because you are light, and the world needs it.

This year I decided to paint ornaments for my Fortnite squad because this game has brought me so much joy. So many laughs, so much panic screaming, and countless memories. These people have made my nights at home fun, comforting, and something I really look forward to. It’s become my stress relief after a long day and a space where I’ve grown closer to people I truly care about. ✨I blinked, and just like that, spooky season came to an end. 🍂
These past few months I’ve been navigating the ups and downs of my creative flow ,some days I’m nonstop, other days I’m standing still, waiting for the next spark.

Well, that spark showed up. ⚡️My next project came knocking, and it’s taking me out of state for a bit. I’ll be juggling a few roles over the next few months while also navigating life with Epilepsy. 💜

November is National Epilepsy Awareness Month, and it feels fitting that this new chapter begins now, a reminder that even in slower seasons, growth is still happening. 🌱

I thought I’d be doing holiday markets this year, but life had other plans… and I’m so grateful for that.

Thank you for sticking around, even when I go quiet. I’m still here, always creating, always growing. 💫

🍩🍩Happy Monday Space Fam! It’s yo Gurl, HJ! It’s been a hot minute but here I am. I haven’t been super active on here but I had the pleasure of creating a cute little donut dasher for a friend’s upcoming run event! I was super happy with how this lil guy turned out! Hi friends, I’m still here and haven’t forgotten about y’all ✨ Inspiration has been trickling in through little glimmers, and I’ve been letting life move at a slower pace, trying to enjoy the downtime without the guilt. I’ve been working on something digital behind the scenes and hope to get back to a few markets this fall. Haven’t applied yet (tbh 😅), but I’m excited to see familiar faces and meet new ones when I do! In the meantime, I hope you’re all giving yourselves some grace 🫶🏼 Wishing you a wonderful week!
