Gorgeous Bonnie with Lilac! Bonnie Bokyung Kim, New York Summer Music Festival International Flute Institute director, is a native of Seoul, Korea, where she began her music studies, first in piano. After moving with her family to Tokyo, Japan, she began her flute studies, which she continued in Paris and New York, eventually receiving Master of Music and Professional Studies degrees from the Manhattan School of Music.
