Some jewelry carries beauty. Some jewelry carries a story.
This ring is especially meaningful to me because it was handmade by my father in the 1980s. Decades later, I unexpectedly found it in a local antique shop here in Milwaukee—a piece of our family’s craftsmanship that had traveled through time and somehow found its way back to me.
At the center is a striking oval black agate, surrounded by a warm gold-toned setting that creates a beautiful contrast against the deep black stone. Around it, the intricate handcrafted silver filigree and repeating decorative pattern reflect the patience, precision, and artistry of traditional jewelry making. Every curve and detail was shaped by hand.
For me, this is more than an antique ring. It is a connection between generations—a reminder of my father’s hands, his craftsmanship, and the tradition I grew up around.
The tools may change and the years may pass, but the art continues. Today, we are proud to carry this tradition forward, preserving the craftsmanship of the past while creating jewelry for the next generation.
