When we do a custom order, we get to learn a little about the people who's memory we are preserving. Sometimes what we learn is pretty obvious, like their favorite colors. I bet you can't guess the grandma's favorites. 💟💚

Sometimes what we learn is from the words of their loved ones.
"She was the sweetest, most lovely woman! She loved her (very large!) family and they loved her just as much."

Either way, we're lucky to be a part of it. 🥰
