This isn't an easy post to write. Due to unforseen circumstances, we regret to announce that Willow Ave Cigar Lounge will be closing its doors effective immediately. Due to rising overhead costs and the demands of our personal lives and jobs, we can not provide the service and low prices that our customers deserve.
The last 4 1/2 years have been incredible. We have met some amazing people along the way. We opened our doors with just a handful of cigar brands, and because of our loyal customers and staff, we were able to bring new product lines in every few months. Unfortunately, costs continued to rise. We tried to absorb these increases by only increasing prices by small percentages. Now, in 2025, as everyone knows, the economy has taken a toll on everyone from every angle. Our loyal customers have been great, and we appreciate every one that has walked through our doors.
We consider every customer, vendor, and employee as our family. This wasn't an easy decision on our part to make. We will never forget the times we had together. The relationships we have made will last forever. We will see everyone in our daily lives.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for everything. Take care of each other. Remember the good times each time you light that next cigar.
