The following post is not directed toward any specific person but I feel that sometimes you have to explain common sense to many people. Therefore, when you rent items for great prices you can’t expect absolute perfection. YOU have to also put effort into your event. I can give you tips to make the product perfect but YOU have to step up when getting something for a good deal. FRANKLY, I don’t have time to press/iron your item while you are sitting on your couch all week. Let me say also that YOU are not the only one that is “the renter”. I have many people that are renting items that are scheduled before you that I have to take care of first. I have unfortunately learned that on one hand many clients don’t want to pay for anything, on the other hand they want you to provide pristine products at discount prices. I only charge $6 per tablecloth (they are clean, folded and I wash when your done) ….Cloth Napkins are .25 each (I also wash those for you after the event) any other linens is your responsibility to see that they are up to YOUR expectations before the event. YOU ….You choose how something looks in the end. YOU are responsible for your event details
