Dear Vendors,

We regret to inform you that we must cancel the events scheduled for October 12th & 26th, due to several factors. We have seen a low number of sign-ups and some vendors have withdrawn. Additionally, the OU Bedlam game weekend presents further challenges.

We believe it is best to cancel, allowing remaining vendors to pursue other opportunities. We will process refunds for vendors who have already paid.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your understanding.
