We promise friendly and expert technicians who arrive as scheduled, do a complete diagnoses with estimates before any work begins so you the customer, will be advised you of all your options so you can make an informed decision. Same day repairs are possible only if needed part is on hand or in stock. If we need to order a part, we will get it ordered same day and give you an expected time of arrival (ETA). Rates:
We don't charge hourly rates but there is a $75 service fee. If you should decide to get the work done, we will apply the $75 service fee to your service bill. If we service anyone outside our normal service area, a reasonable and applicable trip fee with be assessed and applied in addition to the service fee. FYI:
Sometimes life happens on life terms, if we are running behind or need to reschedule due to an emergency, we will give you the courtesy & respect of calling and all we ask in return is the same courtesy & respect. We are only a phone call away if you decide to cancel or need to reschedule. So, if you need us "Right Now, call us Right Now!!
