Finally!!! I got to do an Air Force theme wrap. Went with a different design on the axe. Mr. Reber retired from the civilian sector today but served in the Air Force and retired from there as a MSgt. Thank you sir for your dedicated service to this grateful nation.

Every now and then, we are fortunate enough to encounter leaders that make a difference. The ones that bleed for their Marines. A true Marine’s Marine. This man is the epitome of it all. It’s taken a while to get this to you but somehow, the stars aligned, and here we are!

Gunnery Sergeant Gladwell took great care of the Marines of Anti-Tank Training Company Broken Arrow and the Marines wanted to ensure he had something to remember them every time he looked at it.

“Don’t tell me your numbers are up!!”

This quote resonates with a lot of service members. Particularly Marines that have endured any form of obstacle, training, or deployment together.
Sgt Taylor “Lew” Lewis was the embodiment and epitome of loyalty, kinship, and love. He is selfless in his servitude to his Marines, Friends, and Country. No greater man than he, when it came to sharing a smile and trying to brighten someone else’s day. That smile made an impact and left a lasting impression on all that was blessed enough to be in his presence.
I love you brother. We will be together again. Until then, we’ll keep watch from here until we meet.

Had an opportunity that I don’t get very often to hand deliver a piece to the recipient. Originally Amanda Notned reached out to us in hopes to honor their Marine’s promotion to Gunnery Sergeant. They were not able to make his promotion because he was on a deployment with his unit at the time. So as a way to say congratulations from his family, she came to us. The entire piece was thought of and inspired by his family. His oldest son picked the theme of the handle and mom added the quote. Thank you for trusting me with honoring your Marine.

We are partnering with Kalee and Brandon Eddins .creationss and raising money for a scholarship that will be put in Lewis’ name. Both businesses do not want to profit from this endeavor but make an impact and keep the memory of Taylor Clinton Lewis alive and going.

The purpose of this piece originally started as a “Share a drink with your brother/sister in arms,” but it can also serve as a display piece and you can put whatever you want next to the statue. So long as you keep the memory of your loved one going. Keep telling stories and sharing the wonderful life we have lost.

He was a big man that left an even bigger impact on the world. That never ending smile and his positive attitude was infectious. We will all strive to Live Like Lew, Love Like Lew, and most importantly LIFT LIKE LEW.

The plaques are $160. It’s a $55 replica statue on Amazon, $60 towards the scholarship with each order, and $10 to wood so that we can continue making these for those that want to memorialize their loved ones.
