Self-motivated and confident making decisions independently
Organized, efficient, and detail-oriented
Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using computers, social media, and technology
Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift merchandise, climb ladders, and stay active throughout the day
Available to work some weekends
Retail experience is helpful but not required. We value attitude, work ethic, and a willingness to learn over experience.
What You'll Do:
Deliver exceptional customer service with a smile
Help customers find the perfect gift
Create and maintain attractive product displays
Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately
Stock merchandise and keep the store organized and inviting
Support marketing efforts through social media and website updates
Take on additional responsibilities based on your interests, skills, and growth within the company
