One thing I think is helping MTG right now is value.

We kept our Hobbit prerelease at $35, and I think that made it really easy for people to come out, try the set, and be part of the event without feeling like they had to spend a ton just to participate.

We’re seeing more crossover between players and collectors. People still care about building good decks, but they also want the rare versions, serialized cards, big chases and the cards that just look amazing in a collection.

That combination is what makes MTG interesting to me right now. It feels like there’s still a lot of room for the collector side to grow.
