Just another friendly reminder to please send billing and or payments to Amy or Larry’s address. Message us and we will send u those addresses. We haven’t been at the Cleveland , APD 40 store location for 15 months now but people are still sending to that address.

Hey everyone! Hope you are all well. Just a friendly reminder that invoices should no longer be sent to the APD 40 address. Some have done this and of course we are not getting those payments . Hopefully they are being returned to sender but I do not know. If you have a balance and have not received an invoice please let us know. Also if you have sent a payment and it has not cleared let us know. Some have called and turns out the mailing address has been the issue. Thanks .

Three and a half weeks ago we decided to embark on a journey. Our plan was to put in a swimming pool for our grandchildren. We didn’t know who to use or even if we would find a contractor. The last contractor we called 2 years ago said he wouldn’t touch any pool under $100,000. I did a lot of research and found Mr. Larry Ellis, owner at Quality Care Pools. This man is a blessing! Mr. Ellis showed up exactly when he said he would be here. The quote was reasonable. He told us exactly what we needed to do such as tree removal and a small retaining wall. His crew is remarkable. Mr. Ellis is trustworthy, ethical and a perfectionist. These days it is hard to get a contractor to show up everyday. Mr. Ellis was here on time every single day. Mr. Ellis? You’re a blessing to our family!
The pool construction was started on Saturday and 5 days later we have this.

After 26 years at our Cleveland retail location we have sadly decided to close the store. WE ARE STILL going to be doing our main business of Inground vinyl liner pool construction as well as liner replacements.When time allows we will also do service and maintenance jobs as well. This also includes opening and closings. We will just be working from home. So please feel free to still refer and recommend us to your friends and family.

I have had a request from some customers who buy chemicals on a seasonal basis to continue getting those and I will absolutely be glad to place those orders and meet or deliver locally. But not having inventory it may not be available same day.
I have also had requests for monthly in home water test analysis and chemical delivery… If I have enough interest in that I will be glad to consider doing that for a small service charge. Just get in touch with me if this is something you would be interested in.
Thank you to all our past, present and future customers without you our business wouldn’t be possible . We hope to continue our relationships with you going forward just in a little different way.
