As a former teacher, Lauri Jo Bennett took a family tradition and her love of making and canning, and started a business that grew to 45 states and won several awards. Her company has southern favorites that include pepper jelly, salsa, and pickles. So many friends and fans were heartbroken when Lauri Jo’s closed the doors in Norman Park, GA in May of 2019.
