I hope all of you are doing well today! I wanted to give an update with regard to PSA Grading:
Due to the current extended turnaround times at PSA, we will be temporarily pausing PSA Value Bulk, Value & Value Plus Tier submissions for the next few months. Our priority is to continue providing efficient service and realistic processing expectations for our clients, and at this time the delays no longer align with the level of service we aim to offer.
Please note that any current submissions already in process with PSA will continue moving through the grading process as normal. Additionally, any submissions that were dropped off prior to this announcement have already been processed and submitted accordingly.
We will, however, continue accepting submissions for PSA’s higher service tiers beginning with Value Max. This will allow us to continue offering grading options with more manageable turnaround times while maintaining the quality and reliability our clients expect.
We appreciate your understanding and patience during this period, and we will provide updates as soon as submission timelines improve and bulk services resume.
