A quick story about the busy weekend coming up!
’Twas the night before Schellville, when all through the grounds,
Not a pathway was empty — just crowds all around.
The lights were all glowing, the trees stood so bright,
And visitors lined up well into the night.
The locals all knew it, they’d seen it before,
This magical season brings guests by the score.
From near and from far they all make their way,
To wander the village and celebrate the day.
The lines may be lengthy, the waits may feel slow,
Hot cocoa runs out almost as fast as the snow.
Parking fills quickly, the walkways stay tight,
And patience is needed from morning to night.
But here’s what we ask as you take in the cheer:
Remember the humans who work while you’re here.
The greeters, the vendors, the staff on their feet,
Have been spreading the magic for hours — no seat.
So bundle up warm and bring kindness along,
A smile and a “thank you” go far and stay strong.
Schellville is bustling, it’s busy, it’s true —
