Friends, I am addressing you all in the anticipation that you will share my findings with any and all social media posts you deem important and relevant.
Many things or facts in my case and far more have been coming to light, The absurd alleged corruption of Damon Tyner and his sycophants at the ACPO is gathering like a South Jersey Storm in Great Bay, thanks to The Lawsuits by Ethical Professionals, Michelle Douglass Esq. and Philip Burnham Esq. in the interest of former and current ACPO employees Diane Ruberton Esq., Donna Fetzer Esq., Lt.Heather McManus and Matthew Davidson Esq. and what seems to be a rapidly growing gathering.
Of all the False Narratives and blatant lies starting with Tyners propping up and pardoning of his self-confessed " Pet M**h Dealer" Andrew Glick and his favorite self-confessed also never charged " Accessory to Murder" Joseph Mulholland, is the Collusive" use of his BFF, whom is mentioned by name in Mrs.Ruberton’s original 22 page Complaint letter sent to Gurbir Grewal, Attorney General of our very own State of NJ., I'll let you all look that one up...LOL.
Posing as her legitimate counsel , although far from necessary, since she was never charged, he then delivered this exact message to my Fiancée via her own Mother, although my Fiancée had absolutely nothing to do with my case , they the FBI illegally destroyed sections of her home to the tune of $10,000. and stole her personal property only to return it piece - meal and damaged over a year later.
I quote, the exact verbiage of the delivered threat : " The Prosecutor would like to see you have No Interest in Mr.Augello".........
this threat predicated on another forwarded message by these alleged unethical public servants,
" Or your home may or will be the subject of Civil Forfeiture".
These Lies and threats forwarded to my family, as difficult as this may seem to believe besides the physical unnecessary raid on their home that produced nothing are at best vulgar, disgusting and far from the legitimate legal parameters Mr.Tyner and his rogue followers are supposed to be operating under.
One of Mr. Davidson Esq.'s allegations against " The Alleged Mortgage Fraudster" actually involves he, Mr.Davidson’s most ethical refusal to participate in the direction of such an illegal threat to Forfeit on someone’s Property that was unrelated to the alleged crime at hand.
Of course I have more than enough documentation of her lawyers (Tyner’s errand boy's) threats, delivered for Tyner’s benefit alone.
My case and incarceration is a smorgasbord of Lies, spawned by Seth Levy mostly at Tyner’s direction.
These lies begin from my Grand Jury indictment all the way to my Court transcripts... there are so many and so absurd it would take, ten pages to list them all.
What is not a lie is Tyner’s alleged corruption fed by a severe narcissistic bent, that needs to be exposed and have the curtain pulled back on.
I did not murder April Kauffman nor did I facilitate her murder, I also had absolutely no relationship with Francis Mulholland and I also was not directing captured Drug Dealer Andrew Glicks opioid pill business he orchestrated with Dr.Kauffman, whom he Glick, confessed to getting multiple postdated scripts from.
Tyner’s foulest gesture last but not least was his threatening of my Fiancee, that if She or my Girls were to as he put it, or should I say his surrogate put " were to show any interest in me" their home would be taken and livelihood endangered.
This disgusting gesture not unlike many of Tyners gestures that go outside the boundaries of common decency generally associated with the ACPO, destroying the Family unit is revolting even for " The alleged Mortgage Fraudster" himself.
