🎨 Our Façade Grant Program is taking shape—one brushstroke at a time!

We’re excited to share that artist Ryan Merrill has officially begun work on a brand-new mural in downtown Ocean Springs! You’ll find this vibrant new piece on DeSoto Street, on the side of Embellish and Crooked Coast.

This mural is one of the first art-focused projects made possible through our 2026 Façade Grant Program, helping bring even more creativity and color to our downtown while enhancing the character of our local business district.

A special thank you to Mississippi Power and United Way of Jackson, George & Greene Counties for partnering with the Ocean Springs Chamber-Main Street to make projects like this possible.

Be sure to slow down as you stroll downtown and watch this exciting work of art come to life. We can’t wait to reveal the finished mural! 🎨
