❌ DO NOT send money through Cash App, Zelle, Apple Pay, Venmo, gift cards, wire transfers, or any other payment method requested by email, text, or social media.

✅ The ONLY way the Ocala Downtown Market collects vendor payments is through Manage My Market.

To receive a legitimate invoice from the Ocala Downtown Market, you must first submit a vendor application through Manage My Market. Once your application has been reviewed, you will receive a notification through Manage My Market that your application has either been:

• Approved, or
• Pre-Approved (Pending Payment)

Only after receiving one of these notifications will you receive an official invoice from the Ocala Downtown Market through Manage My Market.

Please remember:
• Vendor spaces are typically $30, $40, $45, $50 for a 10x10 space.
• Food Truck spaces are typically $50–$75.
• You can verify your registrations, credits, and invoices at any time by logging into your Manage My Market account.

🎉 APPLICATIONS ARE NOW OPEN! 🎉

The Ocala Downtown Market is now accepting vendor applications for the July 2026 – June 2027 Saturday Market Year!

If you're interested in becoming part of one of Ocala's most popular community markets, now is the time to apply.

(We highly recommend completing your application on a laptop or tablet. Phones can be challenging.)

Before applying, please make sure you meet the following criteria:

✅ You Make It, Bake It, Create It, Grow It, or Raise It
✅ You include high-quality photos of your products
✅ You provide detailed product descriptions

📸 Photos and descriptions matter! Our Application Committee carefully reviews every submission, and spaces are limited. Applications with clear photos and detailed information have a much better opportunity to be considered.

We do allow services that are performed at the market, such as:
• Stretching
• Yoga
• Massage

We do not allow:
❌ Service-based businesses (insurance, real estate, etc.)
❌ Businesses whose primary purpose is promoting another business
❌ Political parties, political organizations, or candidates

⛺ Vendor Spaces
• Tent spaces only (no electricity available)
• $30 per week
• Vendors must provide their own WHITE 10x10 canopy
• A minimum of 10 lbs. of weight per tent leg (4 total) is required

📝 Once submitted, applications are reviewed by our Application Committee. Please allow up to 30 days for the review process.

📧 Vendors selected to move forward will be notified by email and placed in Pre-Approved (Pending) status.

We are looking for the very best local farmers, growers, makers, bakers, artists, creators, and specialty vendors to help make the 2026-2027 Market Year our best yet!
