OBC Monday paved trail ride rolls out of the Land Bridge Trailhead parking lot tonight at 5:45pm. We will have 2 - 3 groups depending on riders. Helmets required. See you tonight!

Unbound 2025 - Congrats Ryan Miller on another great finish even with a flat. The course was brutal after raining all week and ruts on “minimum maintenance roads” were challenging.

As for me, i didn’t follow my hydration plan and it got me at after 100 miles. Both legs cramped in so many muscles. Stopped at small general store in Alta Vista and ate some pickles and drank gatorade. This might have been my favorite part of the day. My legs were locking up and painful so I pulled over and called it a day at mile 140 before I hurt myself. Had 1 flat earlier at mile 68 and was able to plug it. Thank you all for the support and encouragement on this journey. I passed 4000 biking miles for the year which is a record for me and it’s only June 1.

Thanks to Dan for the great sag support all week. He’s spent a lot of time driving us around to ride (and Bella).
