All Barkers Exhaust Systems are hand-crafted right here in the USA from premium materials. While most other after-market exhausts are mass produced from automated assembly lines, Barker’s Exhaust systems are hand-welded one-by-one by skilled craftsmen. The head pipe portion of the Full Single Exhaust System is 304 stainless steel that is Tig-welded with seam-reduced interior surfaces for smooth flow. The can is comprised of 6061-grade aircraft aluminum and comes standard in a brushed aluminum finish. For a more customized look, you may also choose to have your can powder-coated in a black finish. Further enhance the look of your new system by selecting which color Barker’s logo you would like. Barker’s logo color options include: black, blue, red or yellow.

Professional Dyno Tuner:
In terms of power delivery, overall performance, and quality of construction, Barker’s Exhaust is the clear winner in the DRZ400 exhaust system shootout. Barker’s has been consistent in its quest to deliver the best 4-stroke exhaust systems available. The DRZ400 system is no exception. After testing the Barkers’ system against the likes of Yoshimura, MRD, FMF, Pro-Circuit, and others on our dynamometer, nothing comes within striking distance of the Barkers’ pipe, end of story.

Barkers Exhaust DRZ400 has been on our radar for a long time. After years of success with the LTZ, we’ve come to realize that the DRZ400 motor, in particular, enjoys the reverse megaphone exhaust style. Barker’s was lucky enough to finally be given the opportunity to tackle this system with a customer’s DR-Z, with a K&N filter being the only upgrade to the otherwise stock bike.
