We recently heard from a customer that they felt disappointed in the weight of the pieces in one of our 1000-piece puzzles. This pushed me to solve a problem that I've ben mulling over since we started importing puzzles last year. It took me way too long, but we'll be making an improvement to new stock of imported puzzles starting now.

We always welcome positive and critical feedback. It signals to us how we can do better.

We've got a new puzzle! Alameda: The Island City. Larry Hausen packed it with the landmarks that make the island what it is, from Crab Cove to Christmas Tree Lane. I'll have it in person this weekend in Downtown Alameda at the Alameda Art & Wine Faire. See it up close Saturday and Sunday 10-6.
