We are excited about this one! Such a fun event for all ages

It's June, which means we are weeks away from our 5th(!!!!) Big Truck Day! On June 27th, from 10-1, half of North 2nd Street will be closed with trucks and other vehicles to touch and explore (including a WWII jeep this year!). For the second year in a row, the Albemarle Fire Department will hook up to a hydrant so kids (and adults) can keep cool! Four Sisters Sugar Company will be on hand, selling 12 flavors of Cotton Candy with toppings, such as Pop Rocks and Sprinkles! This is a FREE event!

We are gearing up for our 2nd annual Children's Miracle Network Car show!

We are looking for individuals who are interested in entering the car show. Cost of admission is $20 per car. There will be 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place trophies.

A little morning rain isn’t stopping us! The forecast is looking great for this evening, and we can’t wait to see everyone for Movie Night in the Backyard tonight.

Join us for A Minecraft Movie at Locust City Hall Backyard. The backyard opens at 6:30 PM, and the movie begins at sunset, around 8:45. Bring your blankets, lawn chairs, and the whole family for a fun night under the stars!
