Cross the T, dot the i.. sometimes that's enough.

A gentle reminder for the entrepreneur sitting in a funk today: You do not have to climb the entire mountain before sunset.

When we look at the big picture—the websites that need fixing, the shops that need opening, the ideas that need launching—paralysis sets in. But the secret to momentum isn't a massive leap; it's a tiny, microscopic step.

Open the document. Name the folder. Write one sentence. God honors the small beginnings. Give yourself some grace today, and just do the next small thing.

Cuz let me tell you it's nice and cool inside the walls here at the The Ol' Homestead 💯

And because we understand the implications to small business people and vendors that work extremely hard to offer their products during these months, I would like to open up some spaces.

With a little bit of imagination I can free up three to four shelf areas and an 8x10 floor space if anyone is looking to get out of the heat and unpredictable weather for the next 6 months. This would be a 6-month lease contract.

Shelf spaces typically range from $35 to $50 and the floor space is a flat $100. 10% commission on sales.

We ask that you promote and market yourselves and the place that you do business as much as you can on whatever platforms you utilize. We also encourage outside sales on the property whenever you want to with whatever you want to sell as often as you want to at no added charge! The property inside and out is there to help you be successful. Network with your fellow vendors create excitement and interest and make money ‼️💪🙏💯😎

Unlike many vendor malls or outlets you are not required to work, there are no hidden fees or other weird, extreme requirements. The only thing we ask is that you offer a foundational product that is different from other vendors here at our location. We ask that you cycle out what you sell on a regular basis and keep things fresh and clean. We ask that you have a team mindset and encourage one another.

What I believe and maybe a mini mission statement..

I believe that we should all be clapping for one another.
I believe that there's room at the table for everybody.
I believe in operating with transparency and integrity.
I believe in offering the community of Oakboro and its residents the best that I can personally bring them through you and what you do.
I believe that teamwork makes the dream work.

Cut down on those outside daily event venue expenses.
Save the gas.
Save the wear and tear on you and your vehicle!
Save the constant setup fees.
Save the unpredictability of the weather and the impact on your product and your sales.
Work smarter not harder over the next 6 months. And then go from there.. We will support you in whatever decision you make!

I would love the following:
A houseplant and landscape plant vendor!
A fine jewelry vendor.
Someone that offers technology accessories for cell phones laptops etc
Someone that offers music in the form of CDs cassettes and vinyl.
Vintage toy vendor anything from the '20s to the '90s.
Purses and accessories. Especially concealed carry etc
Woodworkers
Leather workers
I don't have a quilter
Man stuff lol
