Last night I had the incredible blessing of playing the Grand Ole Opry again.

I think most people would expect the Opry stage to make you nervous. For me, it’s almost the opposite. I feel like I have home-field advantage every time I’m there. This place just feels like home.

From the moment I walked through the doors, seeing so many of the people Amanda and I used to work alongside, it felt less like arriving for a show and more like walking into a family reunion. So much of our story happened in that building. We met there. We worked there. I spent countless nights there dreaming about what it would be like to someday be the one on that stage.

And now I’ve been blessed to play the Opry twice—and this time, for the first time, in the Opry House itself.

There are certain places in life where you just feel like you belong. For reasons I probably can’t fully explain, this has always been one of those places for me.

I’m incredibly thankful to God for another night I’ll never forget, for the people who have been part of this journey, and for the opportunity to keep living a dream that still doesn’t feel ordinary.

There really is no place like home. ❤️🎶

For those of you who may not know, Kelly suffered a heart attack in June. We are incredibly grateful to share that he is recovering well and fighting every day to get back to what he loves most—building GSG pedal steel guitars.

The past few months have been an emotional journey filled with challenges, hope, and countless reasons to be thankful. Through it all, we've been reminded just how blessed we are to do what we love and to have such an amazing community standing behind us.

Thank you to everyone who has reached out with prayers, encouragement, and support. Your kindness has meant more than words can express.

Kelly is making progress every day, and while recovery takes time, he's determined to get back in the shop doing what brings him so much joy. We look forward to sharing more updates with you along the way.
