Watson Christmas Tree Farm

Watson Christmas Tree Farm We are a family owned and operated Christmas Tree Farm helping generations of families enjoy there Christmas with the perfect tree

Our Tree Farm has been in operation for over 28 years. It was originally started by Maxine and Fred Watson. In 2002 the farm was turned over to Jim and Gail Watson who continue to operate it still. Our farm offers Leyland Cypress and Red Cedar grown in the ground and for those that like the Northern Trees we also offer Frasier Furs that are brought in weekly along with live wreaths. You can also f

ind the right craft for that loved one or that special teacher in our craft section. We open the day after Thanksgiving and will remain open until December 23, we hope to see you at the farm to start your family tradition like many of our customers have done.

As the new season opens up for Trees as most know Watson’s tree farm is permanently closed. Jimmy Watson passed away 6 months ago but before he did he was mentoring a young couple who have now opened there own Tree Farm called Holly Jolley Meadows Christmas Tree Farm. They have learned from the best teacher and we hope they become your next Farm to continue your family traditions with. We enjoyed the 32 years we were in business but it’s time to pass the torch to another young family. Thank you for supporting us all these years and we look forward to see how the new farm does.

Merry Christmas to all our customers over the years

For all those that new our family and supported us for so many years it is with a very heavy and sad heart to say Jimmy Watson passed away on Friday 5/28/21

There will be a viewing from 4 to 5 with service to follow at North Brevard Funeral home in Titusville

Due to the closure of our farm, I have a lot of people asking about fresh trees. I can honestly say that Edgewater Alliance Church in New Smyrna Beach has beautiful Frazier Furs. We highly recommended them. If you go please tell them we recommended them.

Jimmy myself and Maxine want to say thank you to everyone that has visited our farm over the years. We will very much miss visiting with all our past, present and new that would have come to our farm. We pray that everyone will find that perfect tree again this year and find a new home to make memories with your loved ones.

We want to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and the the most blessed New Year in 2021.

Good Morning to all!!

This is probably the hardest post
I will have to do😢 Jimmy and I had planned on opening our farm
For one last season, but due to
Unforeseen circumstances and family health issues that is
Not going to work out for us. We will not be able to open the farm as
Planned. We will miss everyone that made us a family tradition. We ask that you guys pray for our family as we transition into a new way of life.
I know this has upset a lot of you so close to the holiday, but at this time we have to do what is best for our family.

Thank you all for your understanding and for giving us the treasure of getting to know all of you.

Thank you,
Jimmy and Gail Watson

I just wanted to add a note first a thank you to everyone that has made our business such a success. It’s with a heavy heavy heart that Jim and I have had to make the decision to put the farm up for sale. Unfortunately at this time jimmy has injured his back that will require surgery therefore making it impossible for him to continue taking care of the trees, and I cannot do most of the hard work to keep them up. We are hoping and praying that someone will come in and buy the house and keep the tree business going. We will keep the page updated to let you know what is happening.

Thank you
Jimmy and Gail

😡😡😡😡 This is a post I really don’t want to do. The farm Santa’s Choice in North Carolina that sold trees to us just called and said he sold them
To someone else. so as much as I hate to post this again we are out of trees. I am so very sorry to get people excited. We are as devastated as much as you guys are.

As sad as it is to say we are completely SOLD OUT of Frasier Firs. Due to a shortage in the mountains we are unable to get more this year like we normally do. 😭

For those that normally get the Florida grown trees, we are already 99 % tagged with little left to choose from.

We are going to attempt to DOUBLE our amount of Firs next year to ensure everyone gets a tree.

Hope everyone has a MERRY CHRISTMAS and we look forward to seeing everyone again next year!!
