I’ve gotta question… Can y’all give me an answer?!?!? I’ve literally been a ghost at the stand, being with my mom in Shreveport. I’m trying to get back to doing some of our specials. Do y’all want CHANTILLY this next week or BANANA SPLIT??? It’s such a hard decision, I just knew I needed to let y’all decide for me!! Drop your answer in the comments below.. please and thank ya! Moment of Truth… if you ask me what I love about owning the snow cone stand, my answer is literally everything….. Except making the ice blocks. It’s a labor of love, but has to be done!!! I love interacting with our customers, I don’t mind the scheduling, ordering supplies, creating the posts for Facebook daily, literally anything except for the ice. But we have to have ice to keep our customers happy. So this is me at 9 PM last night, doing the dang thang… Good thing I can make 35 blocks at a time. 😂 Fun Fact when it’s super hot like this, it takes 16-18 hours for the blocks to be ready to harvest. When the season is first start starting out, the weather is cooler and only takes about 12 hours.
