Dear Norwood Campground Family,
Ten years ago, we purchased Norwood Campground and began a life-changing journey. What started as a campground quickly became our home—and all of you became part of our family.
Over the years, we’ve celebrated holidays, shared campfires, watched children grow, laughed together, and created countless memories. The friendships and relationships we’ve built here are what made this campground truly special.
As life brings new chapters and opportunities, we’ve made the bittersweet decision to retire from campground ownership and pursue new adventures. With mixed emotions, we want to share that we have sold Norwood Campground.
While saying goodbye to this chapter is difficult, we are genuinely excited about the future of the campground. The new owners share a passion for this property and are enthusiastic about all the possibilities ahead. They are experienced, hands-on campground operators and currently own a campground in Virginia. We are confident they will continue building upon the wonderful community
that makes this such a special place.
We’re also happy to share that many familiar faces will remain part of your campground experience. Bubba, Chris, Alesha, Laurel, Marion, Courtney, John, Kristie, and Brandy will continue to be here, providing the friendly service and welcoming atmosphere you’ve come to know and love.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you. Thank you for your support, your loyalty, your friendship, and for allowing us to be part of your lives for the past ten years. You have blessed us in more ways than we can express, and we will forever cherish the memories we’ve made together.
Though our role is changing, the campground will always hold a special place in our hearts. We’re excited to watch this next chapter unfold and to see this incredible community continue to grow and thrive.
With our deepest gratitude and love,
Rick & Stella
