A little sweet preview of what I’ve been baking lately 💕

I had so much fun testing this recipe 😅
Turns out macadamia nuts are basically tiny oil factories 💣 (so those cookies spread like crazy), and coconut acts like a fat sponge 🧽 (so those stayed thick and proud). Also… I now officially own a cookie thermometer because apparently baking is science 😂🍪

Now I need opinions — pistachio, white chocolate, and cranberry… too many flavors or just the right amount of chaos? My taste testers say yes, but my brain says pick a lane 😆

🌟 Base recipe with brown butter

🌟 midnight almond - base recipe but in chocolate
