When was the last time you checked out Surplus Unlimited? Did you know, that Surplus Unlimited has been around for 42 years! We were one of the first retail stores in Norwich, that really supplied Norwich, with a lot of retail needs, a family business, with a lot of hard work and dedication. Surplus Unlimited has incredible employees, whom are willing to make your shopping experience fun and easy. They love our customers, and most of our employees, have been with Surplus, for over 20 years!! Yes, sure, we're smaller, much smaller, we get it, but we had to make changes in our family business for reasons, but WE'RE still here. Surplus could of closed, but we did NOT want to. We ❤️our customers, and we ❤️our store! Stop in and recheck us out. We might have that great item, that you want to add to your Christmas list. We're constantly striving to get new merchandise in. It's been a hard struggle since COVID, we lost a lot of our companies that we had for 38 years plus. It's a sad thing, but we're still making a huge effort to be here. LOVE all local family businesses, they're what makes your community with donations, fund raisers and keeping prices low. They're strong staples in the community, you see the familiar faces, repeat customers, new customers, and we watch your families, grow up with our families. This stuff, is important to us. When you love your community, it shows. When we go out on buying trips, or select merchandise, we really search for low priced items, because we feel the same as you. We hate to see prices going up too. Shipping prices, merchandise , etc. our family, has been buying retail/wholesale for 42 years, and as we watch prices creep up, we hate it too, that's why we really care, about finding you the right prices, and merchandise, to make your dollars stretch further. If every customer only spent $1.00, you're still helping out your local business. It's something, and it means a lot to a business owner.
