From California to Texas, we brought e4health’s vision to life with a custom-designed trade show experience at AHIMA26! ✈️✨

From concept to completion, our team designed and fabricated a cohesive, welcoming brand experience featuring statement architectural arches, a custom-built reception counter, lounge furnishings, greenery, and thoughtful styling throughout.

And we didn’t stop at design! Our team flew to Texas to handle the entire installation, onsite styling, and breakdown — making it easy for our client to simply arrive, focus on connecting with attendees, enjoy the conference, and make the most of his time there.

The Simple Luxe is looking for experienced event installers, production crew members, and established backdrop companies to assist with delivery, setup, and breakdown—from simple movie screenings to full event designs and décor installations.

POSITIONS AVAILABLE:
🔹 On-Call Event Installers | Approx. $20–$30/hr, depending on assignment
🔹 Backdrop & Production Companies | Subcontracted projects
🔹 Full-Time Production / Event Ex*****on Lead

REQUIREMENTS:
✔️ Experience installing backdrops and heavy structures
✔️ Ability to safely lift 50–75 lbs
✔️ Experience driving 20–26 ft box trucks with a clean driving record
✔️ Skilled with drills, hand tools, and onsite troubleshooting
✔️ Loading, unloading, setup, and breakdown experience
✔️ Fast, reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or with a team
✔️ Weekend and/or weekday availability
✔️ Able to follow directions and safety instructions
✔️ Professional references required

🔒 NDA REQUIRED: All selected crew members and subcontracted companies must sign our confidentiality agreement. Our original designs, client information, and confidential production methods must be protected.

Experience is required. Basic company-specific training provided.
