As I’m sure some of you have heard by now, Painted Tree Boutiques suddenly closed all of their stores across the country yesterday. This was a complete shock to all of the employees and small businesses, including mine.
I opened my first shop at Painted Tree on May 1, 2022 and my second shop in May of last year. They weren’t big shops but they were mine and I loved them. It was the next best thing to having a brick and mortar store and gave me and the other shop owners a place to build our dream, connect with customers and create something I was deeply proud of.
I loved whenever I was in my shop restocking or rearranging and customers would stop and tell me how much they loved my shops and the products I carried.
That meant the world to me. And yesterday it was taken away.
This isn’t the end of Aspen & Sage Gifting. As most of you know I started out and still do custom curated gifts for corporations and personal gifting. Once the dust settles and I can get all of my inventory organized, I plan on focusing my attention on growing that side of my business again and also getting all of the amazing products I carried added to my website. I will also plan on doing some events, because I have A Lot of inventory.
