Unfortunately, I will not be selling banana jelly... There are no CDC guidelines indicating safety to can, and research indicated mixed reviews.
When I sold it before, there was no indication stating it wasn't safe, but it seems times have changed.
So, in light of new information I have found, I'd rather be safe than sorry.
I'm sorry, yall.

Hello everyone!
I know it's been a very long time since I last posted. A lot of things have happened that caused me to take an unexpected hiatus for what seems to have been an eternity...
I have made the decision to come back and begin making my jellies again! I'm super excited to start up, which may be slow at first, as I have to create labels and get my inventory back up to speed.

HELLO EVERYONE! Amazing things have happened! 👇👇👇
1. My stove is fixed! YAY!!! Which means I can start making jellies again!
2.I FOUND rhubarb and apricots!! Didn't think I was going to be able to find any this year, so I got a whole bunch and decided to chop and freeze them, so I can keep them. WOOT!
3. I was able to make a batch of Wild Violet and a batch of Dandelion jelly recently. I have a small supply of dandelion this year, but I can make a decent supply of wild violet!

So....went out foraging again today, and came back with this AMAZING haul of wild violets!
This has got to be the MOST I've ever found in one run, as wild violets only have an incredibly short season.
Three full trays ready for drying, so they last longer.

LOOK at what I gained access to!!! Dandelions and wild violets!!!
Last year, I made dandelion and wild violet jelly and they are fabulous! Strictly spring time accessible due to small supply. However, it never dawned on me to use my dehydrator to dry the petals so I can keep more of them...duhhhhh!!!
If you had never had dandelion, think of it as a honey flavored jelly. Very very tasty!
Wild violets are low key floral with slight sweet peppery notes...very yummy!!!
