Y'all, we're nearing the end of Pride month, and we are SO TIRED. Thus, our third annual Gay & Tired lock-in will be happening in JULY (because we're q***r all year, babyyyyy 😜). That also means there's still time to apply!

In the simplest of terms, the Gay and Tired lock-in is a sleepover inside our q***r little bookstore, with some of our q***r little staff! The reality (you can ask folks who have done it before) is that you'll leave the sleepover sleepier than you started, with new friendships that will only grow deeper. 🥹

It's baaaaack!

This Sunday, Beautywood is having our second annual Pride Basement Book Sale! Books for $1 each (less if you buy more!) and your first book is free! (Because the honest truth about q***rs in the month of June is that we're all probably broke. 😅)

Speaking of broke, if you've ever wanted to own but couldn't afford one (much less three) of the early editions of D***s to Watch out for, you're in luck!!

We will be raffling three Alison Bechdel books:

Rainbow time!!!!!!

Central Arkansas Queerest little bookstore is q***r all year, but we can only keep our general fiction in rainbow order for one month of the year, otherwise it's just too hard to find titles!! So we spend 11 months out of the year just waiting for June 1st, when we can put our books in rainbow order again. 🌈📚🤩🤣🤣🤣
