Dear Valued Customers,
We are excited to celebrate and honor Karla Diglaw as she prepares for her well-deserved retirement. Karla has been an integral part of B.F. Plastics, Inc. since 2003, and her contributions to the company's growth and success will always be remembered and valued. Her hard work, dedication, and enthusiasm are truly admirable.
Throughout her time at B.F. Plastics, Karla took on a wide range of roles, including customer service, administrative support, marketing, IT, and more. No challenge was too great for her to tackle, and her "can-do" spirit helped our company thrive.
“Karla brought us a 'jack of all trades' skill set and has made things run much more effectively and smoothly over the years," said Jim Fichter, President. "She was outstanding at working with our customers, always treating them like part of the family. Karla has many positive characteristics—too many to name—and we are truly grateful to have had her on our team.”
Outside of work, Karla enjoys spending time with her husband Don, to whom she has been married for 42 years. Together, they have three wonderful daughters and three grandchildren. In their free time, Don and Karla love spending time at their lake home, which they built themselves. They enjoy building and refurbishing homes, gardening, fishing, swimming, hunting, and taking cruises through the South Caribbean. They are also passionate fans of the Ohio State Buckeyes.
Karla’s last day with B.F. Plastics was Monday, April 28, 2025. Please join us in wishing her the very best as she embarks on this exciting new chapter of her life.
