We are thrilled to announce that Paul Pinto has joined Ocean State Job Lot as our new Head of People! 🎉

Paul brings over 30 years of HR and organizational leadership experience across retail, distribution, hospitality, and technology, including key executive roles at Starbucks, Peloton Interactive, and Omni Hotels.

In his new role, Paul will lead our people strategy, workforce engagement, and associate relations across the entire organization. His background in workforce development will be invaluable as we continue investing in our associate experience.

The OSJL Charitable Foundation teamed up with the Office for a massive Day of Giving, distributing 10,000 cans of infant formula to community organizations serving families across Worcester County, MA.

Vehicles loaded up with formula heading straight to incredible organizations like Catholic Charities, Friendly House, Worcester Housing Authority, Safe Exit Initiative, Project New Hope for Veterans and Families, Yes We Care, El Buen Samaritano, Every Day Miracles, Pernet Family Health, and more!

This afternoon, our Ocean State Job Lot interns sat down for lunch with owners and department heads. Leaders shared stories from the early days of , highlighting how big risks ultimately led to great successes, and provided advice for enjoying a long & happy career.
