Walking a lot of corn the past week and the main disease at the moment I am finding is Northern Corn Leaf Blight. Finding way more than I would expect with the current dry and hot weather pattern but definitely something I would encourage people to keep a close eye on.

Looking at some extremely hot weather next week. Lot of post emerge herbicide passes going on yet. Be very conscious of what’s going in the tank. A strong herbicide pass next week will undoubtedly cause crop responses.
