Here's an FYI for anyone Opting to Rent over Purchasing while living anywhere in the state of Florida.. I just read that Florida has No Rent Control. Do you have any idea what that means???
That means that Next month when your lease expires and your Landlord decides he wants more money and he's going to get it by raising your Rent by $500. a month, and I know people on here who can attest to that, Don't start looking for a house then.. Start NOW!!!
